As Penta Technology, we have successfully completed our studies on the Integrated Quality Management System that we established in line with our Vision, Mission, principles and values.

We have aligned and certified all our work processes in compliance with the ISO 9001 Quality, ISO 10002 Customer Satisfaction, ISO 14001 Environment and ISO 27001 Information Security Management System Standards under the roof of our Integrated Management System so as to contribute also in all products and services we supply.

ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System

We have made all our work processes as compatible with the statutes and standards in line with the requirements and expectations of our business partners and were entitled to receive a Quality Management System Certificate. Thus, we have adopted the principles of continuous improvement and sustainability in our practices throughout our company.

ISO 10002:2014 Customer Satisfaction Management System

We have implemented all essential principles of the Customer Satisfaction Management System in order to handle the requirements and expectations of our customers with a clear, transparent, fast, reliable, qualified and customer-focused service understanding, identify and solve any potential customer complaints and increase customer satisfaction, and were entitled to receive this certificate.

ISO 14001:2015 Environment Management System

We have implemented the Environment Management System in order to ensure the effectiveness of the Environment factor and increase and continuously improve the environment awareness in our activities, and to contribute in the environment dimension of sustainability so that we are able to realize our products and services in full compliance with the requirements of the Environment statutes and standards, and received our certificate.

ISO 27001:2013 Information Security Management System

With our goal to be a pioneer and exemplary organization with respect to information security in the Information Technologies sector, we have ensured the protection, confidentiality, integrity and availability of all acquired information in compliance with the requirements of all legal statues and standards, and were entitled to receive the Information Security Management System Certificate.

ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System

As Penta Teknoloji, Turkey’s leading value-added technology distributor, our goal is to ensure healthy and safe working conditions within the scope of Occupational Health and Safety Management System via providing safe and healthy working space at the stages of product and service offering, aiming at establishing safety with continuous improvement and preventing the possible accidents for all our employees and visitors. Thanks to the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety Management System which took its basis from the requirements of Occupational Health and Safety Regulations and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Standards by all of our employees thoroughly and improvement of this System continuously, we were entitled to receive this certificate.
